It's not every day that you get asked to help create and develop a 'start-up' agency. Helping rebrand and refresh a global advertising agency, I was the creative lead in branding and essentially authored the new agency culture. Working with a dynamic small team we were able to name, brand, and launch an agency in less than a year.
We rebranded and launched a new creative agency, in just three months.
It was a unique opportunity to apply a decade of industry experience to fashion the sort of agency that still puts creative first in an increasingly connected and data-centric world.
From a new working model and cultural philosophy to renaming and rebranding, we worked from the ground up to create a blueprint for our agency.
Creating an identity that could stand against time, and feel fresh and energized. Formatting beliefs, processes, and policies that didn't feel tired and tried like other agencies, but relatable to the modern-day industry and talent needs of today.
